AI. We hear about it all the time. It’s seeping into every area of our lives and our devices. Will it kill us, save us? Will it take our jobs? So many possibilities, but we cannot put our heads in the sand, as this train moves only in one direction.
Many of us have tried it in one form or another. For those that may be english-as-second-language, it’s certainly been a game-changer. But it is also, even for those capable of ‘spinning their own story’. Simply put: AI, used properly and responsibly, can make many things you do in your job search better. And, if you are not using it yet in your career role, you are already being left behind, though you may not have realized it yet!
But, how can we utilize AI in our job search?
Break through barriers to get to a real person. Create detailed profiles of those with which you are about to interview. Better understand a company’s history and growth. Tell a story that ’s still true, but in its best light. There are so many ways AI could be used to help make your process easier.
